Included in Cruise Fare
- The Dining Room (often referred to as the Main Dining Room, or MDR) offers two dinner seatings, as well as breakfast and lunch on select days
- Lido Market - a buffet that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- New York Pizza is located by the Seaview Pool and offers pizzas, salads, and a selection of desserts.
- Dive-In is located in the Lido Pool area, and features burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and french fries. They also offer vegetarian burgers and sausages.
- Room Service - 24-hour room service is available. Selections are included in your cruise fare unless otherwise noted on the room service menu in your stateroom.
Upcharge Dining & Beverages
- Morimoto By Sea is the newest specialty restaurant and is part of Holland America's fresh fish program. It features seafood purchased in-port along the cruise's itinerary.
- Pinnacle Grill is a specialty restaurant that features steaks and seafood.
- Caneletto is a specialty Italian restaurant.
- Tamarind is a specialty restaurant that features dishes from Southeast Asia, China, and Japan. Nami Sushi is located within Tamarind
- Explorations Cafe is located in the Crows Nest and offers handcrafted espresso drinks and pastries
- Dive-In offers shakes, which are an upcharge

Beverage Packages
There are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages, which are purchased for the length of the cruise based on a daily rate. Beverage packages are available for purchase online once you receive your Holland America booking number. Pricing is only available once you have logged in to your HAL booking, however the 2024 pricing is listed below. For drinks above the per drink price limit, you can use your beverage package and will just be charged the price difference. Details of the beverages included in each package from 2024 are here. Minibar items are *not* included in the beverage package. The beverage package cannot be used on private islands, such as Half Moon Cay.

Note that with some exceptions, such as age or medical-related, all members of your cabin must have the same beverage package. For exceptions, you will need to contact Holland America directly.
